Fast Food Conspiracy, Fat & Hungry, Nutrition by Natalie
Be My Friend – www.myspace.com Fast Food Conspiracy, Fat & Hungry, Nutrition by Natalie We feed our pets food which is scientifically engineered for a balanced diet for their health. Out own food isn’t designed for health. Is it designed to keep us eating, fat and hungry? The obesity rate in America has double in just half a decade. Sugar, MSG and low nutrient dense foods keep us hungry and eating and gaining weight. According to Super Size Me, only 7 items on the McDonalds Menu do not contain added sugar. Do we feed out pets better than we feed ourselves. @punanibuzzed, rice crispies have low sugar, unfortunately they also have no fibre. But I love ‘em anyway. Cheerios are also pretty healthy, not sure about the specific content.

i try to eat cereal that doesnt contain sugar and it is virtually impossible to find. there are only a few cereals that dont add it. most have it as the SECOND ingredient on the list…what?!!!

Great video!
Have you read the book “Toxic” by William Reymond ? It was a eye opener for me.

Actually, pet food has the same (and worse) problems than human food. Most pet food is very poorly regulated. Just because the company says it’s nutritious for pets doesn’t mean it is. My cat’s “nutritious” food led directly to her diabetes. That fact that humans are not attuned to the needs of animal diets further allows pet food companies to exploit consumers. Seriously, how many fat domestic pets do you see out there? It isn’t normal. Most pet food is the equivalent to sugar-coated cereal.

I was brought up by vegetarians. I ate some junk when I was younger, but I’ve phased it out now and remain vegan.
I said to a friend on how to eliminate all the crap now a days. Eat foods that were around 200 years ago. You eliminate processed foods filled with junk almost instantly.
Your body is a temple. Would you like some greedy corporation to build it with massive design flaws by cutting corners, or you being your own architect and build it to perfection?

you are so right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To some of the earlier posts: yeah, there are nutritious foods available. They just may not seem as ubiquitous and available as sugar enriched and other junk foods.

~_~ our replacement rate is too high, it’s 2.5 world wide, actually, my philosophy is that the FTR is mainly about number of countries between the transition period and industrial period… they are the ones making all the difference so, I think industrialization should happen really fast rather than steadily growing…. how about your idea?
May 25th, 2010 at 9:16 am
willful actions are choosing to limit the number of offspring you produce
May 27th, 2010 at 11:59 am
of course I hope we can live long, but we don’t have the power to do it, it might be a conspiracy after all T~T
so… what are “willful actions”?
May 30th, 2010 at 2:28 am
yes. i don’t know about you but i’d rather live a long life. if we can control our population through willful actions we won’t have to suffer the consequences of overpopulation that would ultimately control it, those being death and famine and whatnot.
June 1st, 2010 at 11:33 pm
ultimately my hope would be that the purpose of controlling population size would be to reduce human suffering… suffering which is not reduced by the toxic food we eat. i hope population will be controlled through birth control, not death.
June 5th, 2010 at 4:35 am
uh, right, well it doesn’t matter anyways, because we can’t change it anyways~_~, I guess this helps to control population size, since it lowers the life expectancy?
June 5th, 2010 at 5:27 am
you mean truly organic food doesnt exist, but some food is more organic than others
June 6th, 2010 at 12:39 am
btw, that was more of an exageration but hope you get the point
June 8th, 2010 at 10:20 am
that’s not it, what I am talking about is that even the stuff we buy to cook are bad of quality because of industrialization, the industries ALWAYS lower the cost by at least some degree in quality, organic food don’t exist anymore (even the domestic spicies you raise are unnatural because it’s human raised ~_~)
June 10th, 2010 at 7:59 pm
you can regain a lot of control… if you’re willing to cook from scratch like me!
June 12th, 2010 at 10:15 pm
you can’t decide what you eat is what it meant…. I know it’s not true, but no one really knows what we’re eating these days, do we? In a way, we have no control over what quality, type of food, the nutritient it has, etc. The thing is, can we eat healthy? All people concern about is calories and the business marketed at this to make their products seem healthier, but what do we know about health as a community? It’s like being fed sh*t and think it’s good for you (of course that’s not literal)
